  • Up to 12 Hours Event Day Coordination:
    • Guidance through your entire day – keeping you on schedule.
    • “At Your Service” attention for you.
    • Greet photographer and ensure that photography runs on time.
    • Direct and supervise all vendors during setup.
    • Creating and implementing designs and decor for wedding and reception.
    • Setting placement of wedding accessory items (programs, guest book, seating cards, etc).
    • Greet guests and direct to ceremony.
    • Gather and line up family members of the wedding party for ceremony.
    • Prompt you for your “moment.”
    • Ensure guests are properly routed to reception.
    • Ensure that all florals and decor are transported to reception.
    • Ensure all gifts are carted to proper location (a vehicle for security).
    • Ensure reception space is ready for your entrance.
    • Organize the line-up for your grand entrance and cue the Emcee.
    • Oversee and ensure all formalities at the reception run smoothly.
